On an evening in Sharm El-Sheikh, South Sinai Governorate, the company "Cash Less Plus", which is specialized in providing electronic payment and collection services, hosted the delegations participating in the "Rendezvous" Insurance Forum, which started on the eleventh of this month and concluded its activities today. During this huge gathering, which included a number of insurance men in Egypt and the region, "Cash Less Plus" announced its expansion plans for the Egyptian market during the coming period.

 

The forum included the representation of about 300 companies, specialized insurance umbrellas, and the participation of nearly 30 countries, under the auspices of the Ministry of Business Sector and the Financial Supervisory Authority. During its participation in the forum, "Cash Less Plus" targeted its contributions to the insurance market. And reviewing its vision on how to reduce the gap between the demand for insurance protection, in a manner that does not conflict with coordination and support for joint efforts at the regional and global levels, to advance the Egyptian insurance and reinsurance industry.

 

The "Cash Less Plus" company had earlier announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Egyptian Compulsory Insurance Association and the General Administration of Traffic Systems, to automate traffic and the process of collecting the value of compulsory insurance policies for vehicles issued electronically, under the umbrella of the Egyptian Insurance Federation and the Financial Supervisory Authority.

 

The forum was attended by Dr. Mohamed Maait, Minister of Finance, Major General Mahmoud Issa, representing the Governor of the Red Sea, Dr. Mohamed Omran, Chairman of the Financial Supervisory Authority, Mr. Alaa Al-Zuhairi, President of the Egyptian Insurance Federation, and Mr. Basil El-Heni, Chairman and Managing Director of Misr Insurance Holding Company, and a representative of Dr. Hisham Tawfik, Minister of Public Business Sector.
